Booking Deposit:  
Please pay 50% of the fee when you receive the invoice by email. Your booking will be 'pending' until the deposit is received.

Balance:  
This is payable 1 month prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:
Up to 28 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
No refund will be available after 28 days of the arrival date.
Discretion will be reserved for exceptional circumstances.
A full agreement is provided on receipt of a booking.

These prices include linen, use of the spa and cleaning at the end of your stay.
Peak Season (1 December - 31 March)              $500 per night
Shoulder Season (1 April to 31 May)                  $375 per night
Shoulder Season (1 October - 30 November)   $375 per night
Off Peak Season (1 June to 30 September)      $250 per night

From 1 December 2012 onwards
Peak Season (1 December - 31 March)              $600 per night
Shoulder Season (1 April to 31 May)                  $450 per night
Shoulder Season (1 October - 30 November)   $450 per night
Off Peak Season (1 June to 30 September)       $300 per night
Christchurch Special
Week days only Monday to Thursday throughout the year.  It will NOT be available for School or Public Holidays
Special rate: $150 per night.
