The garage is large enough to fit your car and/or boat, alongside the dingy, BBQ, laundry - these are for your use. The clothes line along the south side of the house has enough space on it to ensure you stay clean while on holiday.
The large secured concreted back area allows space for the extra cars, boat, dogs or children to play. There is even a special space around the back of the garage for you to prepare your fish with fresh running water and plenty of bench space for the big fish, if it didn’t manage to get away. There is also a compost bin to dispose of all your vege peelings.
Other goodies available
To further tantalise your senses, high quality Egyptian cotton sheets and pillow cases are available on request. Thick luscious towels are also available; either full bath sheets or bath towels. We even have satellite internet for those of you who cannot do without!

Beulah Beach Haven had a major renovation in 2004 from the old bach that was build in 1960. Now with a bit of work (well a major rebuild!) it looks like this:
With large windows and sliding doors across the front of the house, large decks, award winning gardens with native plantings, you feel like you are part of the bay.
Everywhere you look, the views stare back at you - even in the glass behind the hobs. And the birds are plentiful and a delight - tuis, bellbirds, kingfishers,quail along with the shags.
What is the Layout?
Across the front of the house you will find the living areas - the lounge, kitchen and dining, and the main bedroom. They all open out to large decks to the view of the Bay and one deck to the morning sun which is protected from the prevailing Northwest wind. The guest bedroom gets the morning sun with an ensuite (unless shared with the other bedrooms). Bedrooms 3 & 4 are on the south side of the house and connect to the hall.
The Living Area
The kitchen is the focal point. It ensures the cooks are part of the goings on, whether it be a game from the large assortment in the cupboard below the granite work bench, a story being told from the large array of DVD’s or general conversation from the onlookers who have perched themselves on the bar stools and don’t want to miss out on the delights being prepared for them. The fast paced hobs, gourmet oven, filtered water and ice maker make cooking a delight! The square dining table allows everyone to be part of the dining experience.
Out on the front deck a table and 6 chairs will enable you to entertain or be entertained under a roofed area. Three other decked areas allow plenty of room for entertaining or sunbathing.

The guest bedroom also opens out onto a deck (the one that gets the morning sun) and has direct access to the bathroom which has a spa bath, shower, double basin vanity unit and separate toilet.
The two other bedrooms (the only original rooms left of the old house) give you plenty of scope - maybe you have children who want to use the bunks or you are having a wonderful weekend with other couples or friends where they can enjoy the luxury of a Queen bed. These two rooms share the main bathroom but there are locks on the doors for more privacy.
The main bedroom ensuite with mirrored glass and a view you would die for, or maybe not if you are caught sitting on the loo when the sun is just at the right angle. It opens out onto the spa deck - a wonderful place to enjoy on a moonlit night with the stars displayed in all their spendour.
